On a 20-minute clock, every 2 minutes on the minute (“EMOM“) complete 8 Power Snatches, 8 Toes-to-Bars, 8 Bar Facing Burpees, and in the remaining time, max calorie Assault Bike.
Score is the total number of calories completed before the 20-minute clock stops.
Tips and Strategy
Move fast on the initial movements but be smart on the Bike, choose a speed (RPM or watts) to hold the whole time and stick with that.
