  • Pull-Ups
  • Burpee
  • Air Squats

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 reps of each movement before moving on to 15 reps, then finally 9 reps.

Score is the time on the clock to complete the last round of the Air Squats.

Background: Yet another workout inspired by “Fran“, but tweaked just a bit for use in field conditions with limited equipment available. India can be performed with or without a Weight Vest depending on the need of the Athlete.
