  • (1 minute each, no rest between)
  • Arnold press
  • bent over row, left
  • single-arm chest press, left
  • bent over row, right
  • single-arm chest press, right
  • abs*
  • 1 minute rest between rounds
  • *ab exercise for each round:
  • 1- plank crunches
  • 2- side plank dips (switch at :30)
  • 3- side plank crunches (switch at :30)
  • 4- plank up-downs
