  • pullover + toe touch crunch
  • plank pull-through
  • 3 rounds
  • (:45 work/:15 rest)
  • donkey kicks, left
  • donkey kicks, right
  • rest 1 minute between rounds
  • rest 2 minutes after finishing each 3 round segment
