  • 12 Min AMRAP
  • 2 Pull Ups
  • 4 Alternating Jumping Lunges
  • 6 Push Ups
  • *Wear a 20/15# Weight Vest For The First 6 Minutes, Then Ditch The Vest For The Second 6 Minutes.
  • *Chin Over Bar Pull Ups For The First 6 Mins, and switch to Chest To Bar Pull Ups For The Second 6 Minutes.

Much like the title indicates, the goal is to even your score and try and complete the same amount of rounds (or more) in the second half of the workout.
