The significance of the rep scheme: Four rounds, one for each victim. 74 double-unders for the day (7) and month (4). 17 power cleans for the year. 14 shoulder-to-overhead and 53 calories for the time of the attack (14:53).
The workout was adopted by other boxes in Sweden and the CrossFit world in April, 2017.
