  • 5 Rounds for Time
  • 20 Alternating Jumping Lunges
  • 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (1/2 Bodyweight)
  • 10 Kettlebell Kickback Push-Ups

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Kettlebell Kickback Push-Ups is completed.

Movement Standards

Alternating Jumping Lunge: This is a variation of the standard Lunge wherein the athlete jumps from the ground on full extensions.

Kettlebell Kickback Push-Up: This is a variation of the standard Push-Up wherein the athlete will hold the Kettlebell from the ground and do the Plank position with the feet hip-width apart. The athlete then would lower the body to the push and go back up to the starting position for one repetition.
