  • 80-60-40-20 Air Squats
  • 40-30-20-10 Sit-Ups
  • 20-15-10-5 Handstand Push-Ups

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 80 Air Squats, 40 Sit-Ups, and 20 Handstand Push-Ups for the first round. Then, perform 60 Air Squats, 30 Sit-Ups, and 15 Handstand Push-Ups, and so on.

Score is the time on the clock when the last set of the Handstand Push-Ups is completed.
