With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete must complete 21 Triple-Unders and 21 calorie Echo Bike in the first round. Then, complete 18 Triple-Unders and 18 calorie Echo Bike. Continue with this pattern until 3 Triple-Unders and 3 calorie Echo Bike is completed.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the calorie Echo Bike is completed.
