Main Site Daily WOD
- Make 3 attempts at each of the following:
- Max Set of Toes-to-Bars
- Max Set of Ring Dips
- Broad Jump for Distance
- Then, complete for Time:
- 2,000 meter Row
- Rest as needed between exercises.
This workout consists of 4 sets. The first task is to perform as many Toes-to-Bars as possible in one go. Athlete has 3 attempts to get the highest number of reps. The next task is to perform as many Rings Dips as possible in one go. Again, athlete will be given 3 attempts. The third task is max distance Broad Jump. Athlete will have 3 attempts to set the furthest Broad Jump distance. Then, Row 2,000 meters. Rest as needed between exercises.
Each movement will have its corresponding scores: highest repetition in one set for the Toes-to-Bars and Ring Dips, max distance for Broad Jump, and time to complete the 2,000 meter Row.
