- 21-15-9 reps of:
- Overhead Squats (95/65lb)
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- Rest 5 minutes
- Directly into:
- 45 Overhead Squats (95/65 lb)
- 45 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 Overhead Squats and 21 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups in the first round, then 15 reps each on the second round, and 9 reps on the third round. Rest 5 minutes. Then complete 45 Overhead Squats and 45 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups.
Score is the time on the clock when the last rep of the Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups is completed.
