- 21-18-15-12-9 reps of:
- Handstand Push-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 Pull-Ups and 21 Handstand Push-Ups before moving on to 18 reps of each movement and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Handstand Push-Ups is completed.
