  • Bodyweight Power Cleans
  • Strict Handstand Push-Ups

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 10 Power Cleans and 10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups before moving on to 9 reps of each movement down to 1.

Score is the time on the clock when the last Strict Handstand Push-Up is completed.
