- Three 7-minute AMRAPs in 25 minutes
- 3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- 3 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- 3 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
- 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- 6 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- 6 Box Jump Overs
- Continue with this pattern, adding 3 reps to each movement every round. Restart each new AMRAP at 3 reps each movement.
- Rest 2 minutes between 7-minute AMRAPs.
On a 25-minute clock, perform three 7-minute AMRAPs with 2 minute rest in between. Each AMRAP starts with 3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups, 3 Strict Handstand Push-Ups, and 3 Box Jump Overs. Continue with this pattern, adding 3 reps to each movement every round. Restart each new AMRAP at 3 reps each movement.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 25-minute clock stops.
