Main Site Daily WOD
- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
- Front squat 10-10-10-10-10 reps
On a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).
Then, establish a load where you can perform Front Squats for 10 repetitions without having to put the barbell down. Athlete must complete 5 rounds of 10 Front Squats.
Score is the maximum load successfully lifted for 10 Front Squats.
