  • Rest 2 minutes
  • From 12:00-22:00, AMRAP of:
  • 20 Alternating Arm Devil Presses (50/35 lb)
  • 40 Alternating Leg V-Ups

On a 22-minute clock, perform as many rounds as repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written. Rest 2 minutes after the 10-minute mark before continuing with the second part of the workout.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 22-minute clock stops.
