After, with a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete performs the 3 rounds of bar muscle-ups and toes-to-bars. Rest 5 minutes. Then, perform the 3 rounds of bar muscle-ups and toes-to-bars.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of toes-to-bars is completed.
