- Deadlift (1RM Deadlift)

- For time:
- 100 alternating dumbbell snatches (50/35)
- 50 Cal. row
- 100 Bar-facing burpees
- Time cap: 20 minutes
On a 12-minute clock, establish one rep max deadlifts. After that, with a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. There will be a 20-minute time cap to finish the workout.
Score is the time on the clock when the last rep of burpees is completed.
