- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
- Split jerk 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 reps
On a 20-minute clock, perform Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Handstand Hold, Plank Hold and Stretching in any order. Focus on proper form and try to hold the positions for a length of time before taking a break.
For the split jerk, find the load for 5 reps max and increase weight until you find your 1 rep max split jerk.
